Continuing Care

Today's aging seniors are confronted with many appealing alternatives with respect to a wide range of retirement living communities. Many retirees now have a new choice in long-term care housing, often referred to as a continuing care retirement community, or for short, CCRC.

Continuing care communities usually offer a long-term continuing care contract that provides seniors with housing, residential services, and nursing care, in one location for their lifetime. Generally, continuing care communities offer care in various levels, including: independent, personal care or assisted living services, and nursing care.
